Tennessee Home Builders works out from Murfreesboro, the metro center of Middle Tennessee, across 8 counties and 20 named cities. Most of the homes we build sit within roughly an hour of that center, close enough that a site visit, a framing walk, or a quick problem-solving trip is an easy drive rather than an all-day commitment. That radius covers the established suburbs closer in and the acreage, lake, and plateau country to the east: different terrain, different permit offices, the same custom-build discipline on every job.

Our priority cities each carry their own page covering local neighborhoods, architecture, and permitting; the smaller communities are gathered under their county so you can see our genuine coverage without a thin page for every small town.
