General Laborer

Full-time · Middle Tennessee

We are hiring a full-time general laborer to support our crews on custom-home, renovation, and addition jobsites across Middle Tennessee. You will work alongside experienced carpenters and subcontractors, keep sites organized and safe, and learn the trade hands-on from people who take pride in their work.

What you’ll do

  • Load, unload, and move building materials, tools, and equipment around the jobsite.
  • Keep work areas clean, organized, and free of hazards throughout the day.
  • Assist carpenters, framers, and subcontractors with measuring, cutting, and setting materials.
  • Operate basic hand and power tools safely under crew-lead direction.
  • Help with site prep, demolition, backfill, and final cleanup as each phase requires.
  • Follow jobsite safety procedures and use the right protective equipment every day.

What we’re looking for

  • Reliable transportation and the ability to show up on time at jobsites across the region.
  • Able to lift 50 pounds repeatedly and work on your feet outdoors in all seasons.
  • A strong work ethic, a teachable attitude, and respect for the crew and the customer's property.
  • Comfortable following directions and communicating clearly with crew leads.
  • Construction or trades experience is a plus, but we will train the right person.
  • Must be 18 or older and legally authorized to work in the United States.

Equipment Operator

Full-time · Middle Tennessee

We are hiring a full-time equipment operator to run heavy equipment on our custom-home, renovation, and addition jobsites across Middle Tennessee. You will handle site prep, grading, and moving and placing materials to keep custom-home builds on schedule, working alongside the crew.

What you’ll do

  • Operate skid steers, compact track loaders, and mini-excavators for site prep, grading, trenching, and footing excavation.
  • Move and place building materials around active jobsites for the crew.
  • Perform daily equipment checks and basic maintenance to keep machines running safely.
  • Work with the crew to sequence earthwork and keep builds on schedule.
  • Follow jobsite safety procedures and use the right protective equipment every day.

What we’re looking for

  • Experience operating construction or heavy equipment on active jobsites.
  • A valid driver's license and reliable transportation to jobsites across the region.
  • Dependable, punctual, and safety-minded around the crew and the equipment.
  • Able to work outdoors in varying weather and to lift and move materials.
