Tennessee Home Builders is headquartered and registered in Readyville, inside the county, so building anywhere in Cannon County is local work rather than marketing reach. Daniel Jernigan founded the company and runs every build as President, walking the design with each homeowner and staying on site from start to finish, and on home ground that hands-on involvement is the whole point.
