Daniel Jernigan
President
Daniel Jernigan founded Tennessee Home Builders and serves as President. He leads every custom home the shop takes on, most in the $400K to $1M range across Middle Tennessee, each one designed around the homeowner's land, daily routine, and finish preferences.
His approach is direct: the client runs the show, the subcontractors work for you, the timeline is honest, and change orders are written, priced, and signed before the work proceeds. Daniel personally walks the design with every homeowner and stays on every site through Discovery, Design, Pre-construction, Build, and Move-in.

Kasey Wheeler
Operations Manager
Kasey Wheeler is the Operations Manager at Tennessee Home Builders and has deep roots in Middle Tennessee's residential construction trade. Kasey keeps projects moving day to day, coordinating schedules between homeowners, subcontractors, and suppliers so the build stays on track.
The focus is the practical side of a custom home: clear communication, a build that holds together, and a finished house that fits how the family lives. Kasey works each project from early planning through the final walkthrough.
Hank Dillard
Sales Manager / Project Manager
Hank Dillard is a Middle Tennessee native and the Sales Manager / Project Manager at Tennessee Home Builders. He earned his degree in Construction Science and Management from the University of Tennessee, Knoxville, and has worked residential, commercial, and civil projects across the state.
Hank handles the front end of every job (initial walkthroughs, scope discussions, contract structure) and then stays on through completion as the project manager. That means the same person you talked to in the first phone call is the one running your build, so the timeline and the day-to-day coordination don't get handed off to a stranger halfway through.
