Meet your Middle Tennessee building team
Tennessee Home Builders LLC was established in 2021. Our team brings 20+ years of experience to custom homes, renovations and additions across Middle Tennessee. Meet the people who help plan and build your project.
Daniel Jernigan
President
Daniel Jernigan founded Tennessee Home Builders and serves as President. He leads the team's custom-home projects across Middle Tennessee, with each home designed around the homeowner's land, daily routine, and finish preferences.
His approach is direct: the client runs the show, the subcontractors work for you, the timeline is honest, and change orders are written, priced, and signed before the work proceeds. Daniel personally walks the design with every homeowner and stays on every site through Discovery, Design, Pre-construction, Build, and Move-in.
Born and raised in Tennessee. Lifelong Vols fan.

Built on a FIRM foundation
The Tennessee Home Builders story is best told through our slogan: built on a FIRM foundation.
Our core practices and intentions are rooted in the Christian faith. We operate with Jesus Christ at the forefront of everything we do. He is our company’s foundation, our rock. It is the Lord himself who has brought us to this position, and may all glory be to Him. May He be glorified at the center of every build we take on. You can expect nothing less than the highest-quality work at a fair price. “An honest day’s work for an honest day’s wages.”
We are Tennessee-born and -raised, and we build anywhere in the Middle Tennessee area. With a deep knowledge base and hands-on experience in architecture and construction, we can build the perfect home. Our drive to do what is right and our hardworking spirit motivate us on every project.
This industry can be challenging; the customer and the builder do not always see eye to eye. Unlike others, we let you run the show, and we make it happen. That means our subcontractors also work for you. Reach out today to learn more about Tennessee Home Builders and our story.
