Use of this website

Tennessee Home Builders maintains this site as a public resource for homeowners considering a custom build, renovation, or other construction project in Middle Tennessee. You are welcome to browse, save, share, and reference the content here for personal, non-commercial purposes. By using the site you agree to use it lawfully and not to interfere with its operation (for example, scraping, spamming the lead form, or attempting to gain unauthorized access).

Project consultations are not binding contracts

Submitting our Request Consultation form starts a conversation. It does not create a contract for construction services. A binding agreement between you and Tennessee Home Builders only exists once both parties have signed a written project contract that names the scope, schedule, and allowances. Anything discussed before that signature (estimates, design directions, pricing guidance) is preliminary and subject to change.

Intellectual property

All content on this site, including the brand mark, photography, written copy, and site design, is owned by Tennessee Home Builders LLC or used under license. Please do not redistribute or republish substantial portions without written permission. Quoting short passages for commentary, citation, or accessibility is fine.

Governing law (Tennessee)

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Tennessee, without regard to its conflict-of-laws provisions. Any dispute arising out of your use of this site that cannot be resolved informally shall be brought exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Rutherford County, Tennessee. You and Tennessee Home Builders LLC each consent to the personal jurisdiction of those courts for that purpose.
